Community Violence Solutions' Rape Crisis Center responds to more than 1,300 requests for help each year.  Staff and trained volunteers are on call to provide support both by phone and in-person, 24-hours-a-day, 7-days a week.

Child and adult victims receive immediate help through:
  • 24-Hour Crisis Line Counseling
  • In person support, including accompaniment to hospitals, police interviews, and legal proceedings.

Rape Crisis Center provides intensive training for volunteers to become Certified Sexual Assault Counselors, and conducts sensitivity training for law enforcement personnel, healthcare providers and other first responders.
