Yoga for the Community

January 28 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Please join us on January 28 at 5:30 p.m. for Yoga for the Community, a live Zoom yoga class led by our trauma-informed yoga instructor Rachel Smith. This class will be 60 minutes of gentle and restorative yoga, with meditation and breathing. We will be doing gentle poses to ground, connect and de-stress. People can hold trauma in their bodies.
